The proposed High School project consists of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacements and upgrades. Both gymnasiums are proposed to receive new HVAC units including air conditioning, which they do not currently have. The failing auditorium HVAC system is proposed to be replaced. Temporary units in the 1300 wing classrooms do not have a long life span and are proposed to be removed and provide new HVAC that ties into the building’s central system. Replacement of the HVAC in the media center will allow the old boiler system to be eliminated from the building. This proposed work will provide a facility that is completely air conditioned.
