The athletic stadium home bleachers are proposed to be replaced with bleachers providing better site lines and accessibility. The press box is proposed to have an elevator and stair access making it compliant for accessibility. The quantity of restrooms at the stadium are under-sized per code requirements, and additional restrooms are proposed within the new stadium structure, along with water-tight storage. Restroom expansion at the varsity softball and baseball fields is proposed to provide three additional fixtures at each of the men’s and women’s restrooms.

New tennis courts, parking and restroom facilities are also planned as facility improvements on north Caldwell Park. The courts will be moved away from University Street to also allow for improvement by the city to that section of University Street.
